To reduce the racial wealth gap nationally, we must initiate change locally in cities with large wealth disparities. Together with local organizations, we develop tailored pathways for residents to build businesses that generate lasting wealth in their neighborhoods. As we expand our footprint, we weave together a continuous learning network of communities across the globe.
